It continually measures the space in front of it, and as viewers pass within its
field of view, assigns words to ten one-foot increments of distance from its sensor.
It speaks monotonously as viewers enter these zones. Utterances range from
"cautious" at ten feet to "hysterical" at one foot.
This
piece requires heavy duty wall toggles or screws into studs, a minimum of ten feet of open
space in front, three feet on either side, and a 120v wall outlet at the floor within ten
feet of the piece.
